How to Upload Minutes from CCS Meetings
To add a CCS Newsletter or Meeting Minutes (which will appear in a list on either the CCS-Boy Scouts or CCS-Girl Scouts Members’ pages), follow these steps:
- Click “Page” under “Create content” to create a new page.
- Enter the title of the minutes/newsletter (for example: Catholic Committee on Scouting Minutes, August 2, 1999).
- Select which section these minutes should appear inside (either boy or girl scouts):

- Paste the minutes into the “Body” section. Make sure you use the “Paste as plain text” button!
- If you would like to attach a Word Document or PDF of the minutes to the post, click on ‘File Attachments,’ then attach the file using the form in that section.

- Click Save, and the minutes will be saved and put into the appropriate list.
