How to Upload Minutes from CCS Meetings

To add a CCS Newsletter or Meeting Minutes (which will appear in a list on either the CCS-Boy Scouts or CCS-Girl Scouts Members’ pages), follow these steps:

  1. Click “Page” under “Create content” to create a new page.
  2. Enter the title of the minutes/newsletter (for example: Catholic Committee on Scouting Minutes, August 2, 1999).
  3. Select which section these minutes should appear inside (either boy or girl scouts):

  4. Paste the minutes into the “Body” section. Make sure you use the “Paste as plain text” button!
  5. If you would like to attach a Word Document or PDF of the minutes to the post, click on ‘File Attachments,’ then attach the file using the form in that section.

  6. Click Save, and the minutes will be saved and put into the appropriate list.
