The last retreat was held on August 15-17, 2008, and it was awesome! We had 14 high school youth staff help us run and plan the retreat, and 42 retreat participants and wonderful adult volunteers to help us.

Some Feedback from our last retreat:

"I still say, nothing shows the Hope in the world like a group of young people practicing their faith they way those girls did that weekend."

"My daughter was lucky enough to go on your girl scout Chocolate Side of Life retreat and I have to tell you thank you!! We have tried very hard to instill in our children a love for Christ and His Catholic Church. At the age of 12, we are really struggling with this in our daughter. It wasn't cool to be Catholic or practice your religion. She went on the retreat because she loves Girl Scouts and loves the chance to spend time with her friends and it was bound to be a great experience if chocolate was involved. I was so happy when she came home beaming about her retreat"

"She was SO fired up! She didn't talk about camp type stuff, what they ate, what the cabins were like, etc, she talked about her FAITH! I cannot begin to tell you how happy this made me feel!"
