Time: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Rain or Shine)

Place: Cub World at Beaumont Scout Reservation

• Leader/Parent is REQUIRED for every 5 Scouts

• EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS: Register & pay on or before March 12, 2012 @ $6.00 for each Scout & leader or parent.  Registration Fee AFTER March 12, 2012, and on the day of the event is $8.00 for each Scout & leader or parent. Walk-in’s welcome, but advance registration encouraged!

• “Stone Soup” lunch and drink is included

• Drinks, condiments, bowls, utensils, etc. are provided.

• Bring a vegetable for the stone soup, filled water bottle, warm clothes, extra shoes and a morning snack.

• Bring money for the store because we have "cool stuff" for sale!

• Optional Hot dog & chip meal available at $2.00 per meal.

• Trading Post Store “cool stuff” for sale from. $.0.50 cents & up.

8:30 AM to 9:00 AM                 Registration

9:00 AM to 9:40 AM                 Opening & Presentation

9:50 AM to 12:10 AM               3 Activity Sessions *

12:10AM to 1:10 PM               Lunch & Presentation

1:10 PM to 2:40 PM             2 Activity Sessions *

2:40 PM to 3:00 PM                 Closing Ceremony

* Five (5) round-robin activity sessions include: 

 Duty to God l Crafts l Nature l Games l Field Sports

WEBELO PROGRAM SCHEDULE

The Webelo Program will run concurrently with the Cub Program Schedule.  During the Activity Sessions, the Webelos will work on the Showman Activity Pin and the American Saint Programs.

The day is designed for Catholic scouts but scouts of all faiths are welcome to attend!
